Rearranging a document without redoing it
Pages end up in the wrong order all the time: a stack fed through the scanner upside down, an appendix that belongs in the middle, or a report assembled from several sources. Organize PDF lets you fix the structure of a document visually rather than re-scanning or re-exporting it.
What you can do
Upload a PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag thumbnails to change their order, remove pages you do not need, insert a blank page where you need one, or add pages from a second PDF to bring material from another document into this one. The page grid always reflects the final order, so what you see is what you will get.
A blank page matches the size of the document’s first page, which keeps inserted separator pages consistent with the rest of the file.
How the result is built
When you save, PDF Studio assembles a new document page by page in the sequence shown, copying pages across without re-rendering them. Text stays searchable and image quality is unchanged. The result is saved as a new file named organized_ followed by your original file name.
Everything happens in your browser, so your files are not uploaded.
Tips and related tools
For a long document, work in stages: first delete pages you are sure about, then drag the remaining pages into position. If you only need to remove pages, Delete PDF Pages is quicker; to combine several whole files without rearranging pages, use Merge PDF. Add page numbers last, with Page Numbers, so they run correctly in the final order.
